Kindness begins at home, with the self. Self-contempt is a grievous error.

How could the libidinous, drug-taking troubadour say this? Because nothing is damned, everything belongs and a moment spent in regret is a moment wasted.

Self-punishment

If I want to punish myself (and lots of people do), the best way to do that is to enter into a relationship with a surrogate who will do the job for me.
