Overheard: “Family is everything.” “My children are my proudest achievement.” “He died surrounded by family.” Culture is groupthink. Its aim is to create a fear of being alone. To alienate us from ourselves.

What it is

The Internet has begun to transmogrify, to exhibit self-devouring tendencies. More potent than ever, it’s also more salacious, disruptive and antagonistic. It’s like what it is—a busted-knob amplification of the human mind.

Lost in a dream

There is an obsession among men so common that it’s mostly unrecognized. It’s called ‘What’s next?’ and produces a near-total alienation from ‘What’s now?’ In this state, the sufferer’s imagination overheats. He might as well be blind.
