Life is a play of love. Which means all of it or none of it. I cannot say I love one country or six people. Love does not discriminate. It cannot be divided.

A peculiarity of our species is its reflexive need to make one individual responsible for what happens: Smith’s slap, Putin’s war. The concept of personal responsibility contests the truth that we are not in control, things happen as they must, and everything causes everything
Blaming and faming
Nothing that happens has a sole cause. There are numberless causes for everything. Thus, blaming is a stupidity and faming a conceit. We’re not in control. Everything that happens, happens as it must.
The arising consciousness
“And we know that all things work together for good.” Notice this especially: Not a few things or many things but all things. There is an arising consciousness around the world. Old structures are falling away as certain agents of transformation do their level worst to hasten the process.
High dudgeon
Everything happens as it must. No exceptions. When I say ‘This is unacceptable!’ I’ve unfriended Life. Vastly more suffering is caused by taking offence than giving offence.
