We are three-brained containments: Head, Heart, Gut. Thinker, Feeler, Actor. (Typically, we are more aligned with one of these brains than the other two.) Overseeing this complexity is the Over-seer, the I AM or Fourth Dimension. Are you watching yourself as you’re reading this? You’re in the Fourth Dimension.
We are not free until we are aware of ourselves acting automatically, until we see how patterned and predictable we are. This enacted automatism is like clanging around in a suit of armour.
An introvert to the same degree that the Pope’s a Catholic. Sky-high privacy needs. Expresses self in drips. No EQ. Unaware of how he feels until two days after he’s felt it. Small outer world, big inner one. All of reality filtered through plus-sized head. Lensed eyes emit faint sucking sound. Considers his 150-pound body. Asks, What’s this for? Dream vacation: Two weeks in a turret where he can see the most while being seen the least.
Man is a three-brained animal: head, heart, gut. The gut brain is the sex centre. It has two modes of being: attraction or indifference. Pills to enhance sexual function can override indifference but they cannot alter it.
Thinkers worry, “Am I safe?” Feelers wonder, “Do you like me?” Doers ask, “Who’s in charge?”
