I will hazard that Socrates was better understood by his contemporaries than he is by us. Consider this depth charge: “True wisdom comes to each of us when we realize how little we understand about life, ourselves, and the world around us.”
First things first: We cannot use the mind to solve a problem the mind has created. Same principle expressed differently: A problem cannot be solved using the same consciousness that created the problem.
