Lessness

There are two kinds of work: necessary and unnecessary. Can I refrain from unnecessary work? Refrain comes from the Latin word for bridle. Can I refrain from unnecessary speech? It’s not so easy.

Lessness

When we breathe more slowly, we breathe less frequently—we breathe less. It’s obvious that “less” is going to play a defining role in the next stage of our evolution as a species.
