Anger in all of its manifestations is ignited in the moment a mental judgment is rendered. Judgmentalism is anger’s sole source. There is no other.
“Judge not.” Jesus said it. Marley sang it. Machine Gun Kelly struggles with it.
Anger is a judgment in the head that creates a felt equivalency in the body. This energetic excess jumps back ‘upstairs’ to validate the thought that created it. Call it the ouroboros effect.
We cannot really know what is going on inside another person. Each individual inhabits a private world.
The great kindness is not something we do but something we don’t do. We withhold judgment.
