We tend, wrongly, to judge people by their actions. It’s an understandable mistake but still a mistake. It comes from the belief that we are what we do. That we are human doings.
Anger in all of its manifestations is ignited in the moment a mental judgment is rendered. Judgmentalism is anger’s sole source. There is no other.
