OMG. Again

The mind presents us with various problems that demand resolution right now. Well, not this instant but, you know, top of the list. These are not our problems. These are the mind’s problems.

Stopping non-stop thinking

First things first: We cannot use the mind to solve a problem the mind has created. Same principle expressed differently: A problem cannot be solved using the same consciousness that created the problem.

No problem

Old Adam solves problems. New Adam neither solves problems nor creates them.

At the summit of stupidity

Blaming. Why? Because it locates a problem precisely where it cannot be solved.

The state of the world

The state of the world is not a problem. Fear of the state of the world—that is the problem.

A problem cannot be solved at the level of the problem. Fear cannot fix what fear has created.

Ancients understood fear as the ‘knowledge’ of good and evil. It’s why we have war.
