For as long as I do not know myself, for as long as I think I’m a body, I will be fretful and problem plagued. If I know myself, I have no problems.
There is a release from every problem. Not a solution, a release. And how is this release facilitated? Through the realization that there are no problems, just negative thoughts about things that happen.
Some people think that they are taking responsibility for their problems by worrying about them. That’s actually the opposite of what they’re doing.
It is impossible for the man who breathes diaphragmatically to have a problem.
