We often hear it said that relationships require work. And maybe they do. And maybe the worst relationships require the most work. But love is not work. Not at all. Love is easy.

Feral men
The emotion of fear ranges from a feeling of chronic unease or worry to anxiety about relationships to a full-blown panic attack. In the fear state, man loses his intelligence. He’s essentially feral.
The wordlessness of love

Relationships of oneness are relatively rare. The word ‘discussion’ derives from the Latin for smash apart.
The space between us
The word relationship refers neither to me nor to you but to the space between us. Human relationships may be navigated, as we do when walking along crowded city streets, but not controlled.
