If it is unremembered and unexpected, it is true. That’s how you tell.

A couple of millennia ago, a man had a revelation so powerful that it knocked him off his mount. Despite the temporary loss of his sight, he saw with perfect clarity that it is every man’s destiny to be a saint.

Came back speechless

Your heart longs for something. But what?

You are more than a person. But who?

If you can hold your attention on what you do not know, secrets will be revealed.

Always keep uppermost what you do not know.

In Zen, the point of a question is to strike us dumb. Where this has been achieved, we enter a state called “Beginner’s Mind.”
