The man is self-controlled who suffers well.
Man to man: “We can’t eat like we did when we were nineteen.”
We bridle our anger when we stop answering questions we haven’t been asked.
Resist not evil. This means, everything that happens in life, happens for the best. It means that the distinction between good and evil is a false distinction. Taekwondo makes this teaching less abstract.
In every circumstance, act as if if you were perfect. Which, in truth, you are.
