It doesn’t happen often—and most certainly not with me—but some of us are born fully formed, bursting with self-expression and absolutely ready to go. First, though, there’s infancy, the smallish necessity of being somebody’s kid.
Sure, analysis has its place but Mind can’t love. Love is an action.
What we are inclined to do, let us do more of. What we are disinclined to do, let us do less of. Inclinations and disinclinations—these are soul-speak, a language without a vocabulary.
If we are lazy, let us be lazy to the fullest extent of laziness. What matters is that we express ourselves whole-heartedly.
A life of latency, of waiting, wasting and playing the wastrel, is not for us. We are here to express who we are in our essence. That’s the job. And it’s not optional. “If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”
