Have as your goal five breaths per minute. Realize your goal right now.
First, we tumble unwittingly into the habit of over-stimulation, of doing more and more of what makes us feel good. Then some crisis happens and we’re introduced to the sober joy of under-stimulation.
My business is what I’m doing right now. I have no other business.
Be patient. It’s a slow process, that of expunging old habits and incubating new ones. The end is in the means. Slow is true. Slow is sure.
