You can be straight. You can tell a man that anger is a sickness, and that for as long as he is angry, he is sick, and that sickness is an inside job.

Pain is not for running from. Where else do we learn acceptance, non-resistance and courage? How else do we cultivate endurance? From pain issues the profundo note of a deep and sober joy.
More suffering is created by people who take offence than by people who give offence. We can drop this, if we choose, our habit of being offended. It is right action’s chief impediment.
